Raspberries. 50% fiber. That means if a raspberry has two calories, you can only get one calorie out of them. Well, let’s just tweak this a little bit, shall we? Let’s lower the temperature that raspberry to 25 degrees and make it crunch like a popsicle. Well, now that two calorie raspberry is hitting my stomach at 25 degrees, but I can only absorb one calorie out of it.
What’s the other calorie doing? Well, that’s like an ice cube. So I’m having to raise temperature of that one calorie ice cube. That means mathematically, then if you do the math correctly and I can teach you the math, then it has to make sense to all of us. If we eat 3000 raspberries frozen at 25 degrees, we have to lose a pound.
It’s a mathematical certainty. It has to behave the laws of thermodynamics and physics as we understand them. And that’s all I’m doing here is explaining the math. It’s not that complicated.
